My niece in Japan found this candy shop from social media and asked me to get some chocolate covered cookie creams. I ordered chocolate covered sea salt Rice Krispie treats as well. The package came quickly and each small bag was wrapped in bubble sheets, prepared with care. The box had gold star sticker on, that gave me holiday feeling. The products tasted so good, I am sure my niece will love them too. With the great taste and packaging with care, the candy maker and people at the store must have great hearts too! I was thinking about getting some chocolates from See's Candies as small holiday gifts a few weeks ago but changed my minds and made another order from Hercules Candy. I would like to support small business rather than big corporations.

Hercules Hercules, candy please! This is an old school candy shop in East Syracuse which produces chocolate and sugar candy. They reliably stock house made ribbon candy, hard sugar candies of various types, LOTS of chocolate- many of them molded but also chocolate bark, sponge candy, nut clusters, etc. Hercules also carries options for vegans, such as chocolate "spoons" which are a lovely little option to have. My favorite thing about Hercules is the window in the shop you can look through to see them producing their products. There's a fun map next to it where they have pins with all of their visitors from the States and then the world. Parking- for cars there is a small lot and spots directly in front. There isn't a bike rack but I've locked up to a sign near the road. The candy shop is on a bus route.

Great quality and great candy! This isn't Penney candy ladies and gents!!!! You get what you pay for. The care that is given to not just making a product but in the way they treat each other and the care that is given to how the customer perceives their purchases. I live a few hours from them but I haven't been physically in the store however, I know I would recieve a warm familiar welcome. Putting in another order!

After seeing them on YouTube, I decided to give them a try and place an online order. The truffles are very good, and I was pleasantly surprised at how bright the colors of the fillings are. The Peanut butter cups were also delicious! I look forward to trying their Wintergreen Patties and White Chocolate Oreo Bark!

Great candy, people and service! Chocolate covered potato chips, pretzels, marshmallows and gummy bears are a must. Also fantastic ribbon candy when available!

Hello from California. I ordered online and was impressed. The hard candy was flavorful and had a perfect texture . I'm patiently waiting for some re-stocks. Shipping is expensive so please don't let that be the reason you don't try this candy store out!! I think if your have a bigger order shipping is not as harsh! I hope to visit in person and assist with the candy making! Thank you again for satisfying my SWeet tooth !!

I've been bingeing their YouTube videos for a while and finally decided to bit the bullet and order online. Their products aren't cheap - and shipping is definitely very expensive, but I really wanted to try some of their products. I ordered their 8oz dark chocolate covered chips, 4oz milk chocolate cover chips, and half pound assorted chocolates. My package arrived 2 days after I placed the order - packed super securely. The chocolates came bubble wrapped. I love the dark chocolate chips! The milk chocolate was a bit too sweet for me, but these really hit the craving. I had had chocolate covered chips during my trip to Japan and haven't been able to find it anywhere here. I had written a request for tropical flavored cream filled chocolates and they gave me two of each - perfect for the two of us to try. I love that they pay attention to all the special requests in their assorted chocolate orders. I don't think ordering will be a regular thing - but for special occasions, I would definitely place a larger order.
